After weeks of my Ford Focus stopping in mid journey and the glow plug light flashing, it seems (with the help of bigdaddycain, thanks by the way) the problem is down to the Accelerator Positioing Sensor, can anybody give me any idea how much this is going to set me back to get replaced.
