I live on a private estate and they are looking to sell some of the current grassland, which is maintained by the management company, off to residents! An absolute can of worms if you ask me but some residents currently have access to their properties via back gates, but the proposed plans show some of the extended gardens for one resident overlapping/taking out the back gate access for another resident?
How do they stand?

It's the residents back gate/property
but the gate acess must take them across the shared grassland befor ethey get to there own land so am not sure your right. You need a solicitor to look through all the deeds . The transfer of land will have to be done through Land Reg and solicitors anyway?
