I am afraid that there is no such thing as cheap insurance for a 21-year-old - but you can reduce the premium if a established driver is a named driver on the policy. There are loads of threads about this, it comes up regularly - probably in the motoring sectin?

Thanks Have now purchased insurance. Does anyone find that a price is quoted and then you are "timed out" the next quote, for exactly the same details, increases in price?
