Is there any way I can retrieve a folder that has been accidentally deleted ? It's not in the Recvcle Bin and no show on a search. I am using XP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Try a system restore
System restore won't recover a deleted folder. Are you sure you didn't accidentally rename it? This is much easier to do than an accidental delete and seems more likely if it's not in the recycle bin.

There are file recovery programs available; see here:

If you delete a folder, windows first deletes the files, so (I believe) you will need to recover each of the files individually, rather than just recovering the folder.

Try and get hold of CIA Unerase through some P2P application,if you like it , BUY IT!! Thats one of the best apps I've used, it can restore files on your harddrive that were deleted over a year ago.
