How can I retrieve text messages I accidently deleted on my mobile phone. I stupidly 'deleted all' but lost 2 very personal messages. I'm sad and vexed. Anyone help please.

if you are on 02 and you've set up the blueroom option on their website all your texts and MMS are on there
