Suggest checking what you can on the Net using the search engine of your choice, and then deciding to pick one and take a chance.
Ask each of what the thermal conductivity of their insulation is. Should confuse them/ test them.
Phenolic foam (Celotex / Kingspan) is around 0.020W/mK. High is bad.

Very doubtful that spending £200 more gains you very much - but you didn't say whether it was £200 in £1000 spend or £200 in £2000 spend.
I'd be more concerned about the quality of the workmanship - do you trust them not to trample all over your flowerbeds and to properly fill in the little holes afterwards without leaving an unsightly mess.

One is £1150 and the other £1350. I think they are both reputable enough firms as they are both registered.
