Piccadilly Line to Holborn
Central Line to Bank
DLR to Greenwich
About 40 minutes.

Walk (or taxi) south from Russell Square to Embankment Pier, about 1.2 miles, then get the river taxi to Greenwich.

May not be the quickest (or cheapest) but what a way to get there

Walk though the tunnel, come out next to the Cutty Sark (or what's left of it)
