i have searched the web for a new head for my simac pv20 steam cleaner, my model for the main carpet cleaning head has springs that keep the clips to the cleaning cloth in place whilst cleaning and these springs keep pinging off making the cloth loose, i can't seem to find a site that sells these heads, any help please, many thanks.
