To backup CD+G discs, you must have one of the following recorders...
These are the only recorders that will write the CD+G subcodes.

CREATIVE CDR4210 *
HEWLETT PACKARD 7500 / 7570 / 8100 / 8110 / 8200 / 8210
PANASONIC CW-7501 *
PLASMON CDR4240 *
PLEXTOR PX-R412C (must have firmware version 1.07 or higher)
PLEXTOR PX-R820T / PX-W4220T / PX-W8220T
SONY CRX100E / CRX110E / CRX120E
YAMAHA All Models (6416S model has not been tested yet) **

* = Records CD+G at 1x speed only and is not capable of reading CD+G.
** = All Yamaha models can also read CD+G except the CDR100 and CDR102.

If you do not have a recorder that can read CD+G discs, then you will have
to purchase another CDROM drive. The following CDROM drives can read CD+G
discs and are supported by our software...

PLEXTOR 4Plex Plus (must be the *Plus* model)
PLEXTOR 8Plex
PLEXTOR 12Plex
PLEXTOR 12/20Plex
PLEXTOR 14/32Plex
SONY 76S (not recommended)
SONY 415 (only works well at 1x reading speed)
NOTE: Due to hardware limitations, the PLEXTOR 17/40Plex will not
be supported for CD+G.

If you are using a SCSI reader/recorder, we only recommend Adaptec
controllers (preferably the 2940 model).

It's recommended that you use "Mitsui" brand blank discs for
recording CD+G discs. They can be purchased from the following web
site... www.mediastore.com

Warning: You can *not* use CD-RW (rewritable) discs for Karaoke discs.
They will not play in a standard Karaoke player.
