Hi there

As well as my Sky box, I have a secondary FTA receiver pointing at (I think) 19 degrees and Hotbird

Sky News was available on one of these, but the settings I currently have for it show nothing is being transmitted

Did Sky News move? If so, does anyone know the new "co-ordinates"??

Thanks

can you not get sky news on normal sky and on freeview? (and online! http://www.tvguide.co...nnel_streams.asp?c=35 )

Why do you want to get it from a hotbird sat as well (hotbird 8 if memory serves me)
(if I was right about which hotbird sat I really need to get out more! :))

LOL, fair point, me too :)

Well, we may be a bit backward in our household, but we can only record ONE program at a time, and whilst my wife hogs the Sky box with Biathlon and Ski Jumping at this time of year, it was handy to be able to get at least Sky News from elsewhere
If you're really desparate to watch it then it is streamed live these days http://news.sky.com/skynews/

OK, but for convenience I'd like to watch it on the TV
