Hi there,  Just wondering what is the legal lower age limit for topless photos/kinky underwear?  Me and my friend want to take some to help with a school art project, but I am only 17 and he is 18 so we're worried this might be illegal!

The legal age is sixteen. Do think carefully before you do this - ensure your friend is trustworthy, and that you have access to all negatives, copies, and storage media.

are you sure that these WONT end up on the internet or used for anything other than a school project...

ps I think that he is trying to get somewhere with you..... It's a petty inventive tact... but that's just my opinion!

Don't worry -- we've known one another for a good while and trust one another, and it was my idea!!

Errrrrr, I said nothing about doing it for a job. This is a one off thing, and it is for a school project. Yes it's all kosher. Yes I trust him implicitly. I wouldn't dream of doing this for a job! Bleurgh.
