Are there any other plumbers who have worked on these showers. Having problems with the flow control, it only turns about an inch!

It was fitted by some complete idiot and I've been asked to fix it !!

I have the same problem. It is unlikely to be the 'idiot' who fitted it to blame. I believe that it is some kind of design fault. I have removed my cartridge to see if it is scale blocking it, but all efforts have failed. I am on the verge of throwing it away and buying a replacement! I shall make one more effort by contacting Adrina to see if they can help without havinbg to send it back to them and being without the shower for the duration!
