incoming landline calls

incoming,calls get the message that the line is busy, i am on broadband with a alivebox and phone internet phone which is ok, if i shut the computor off at the mains the landline calls are ok

Have you got a Filter connected to your BT Phone Wallsocket ? My Landline Phone and PC are connected to this filter and I do not have any problems.

yes, has been ok uptill now,have changed the filters

The Filter that I have got was supplied by BT. If your Filter is of a different type it may be a compatibility issue, hence the incoming calls
