Ok will do thank you
Instructions from who? How do you know you can trust it?

I'd agree with square; ignore it, it's probably spam.
I would almost certainly say this is spyware, trying to frighten you into buying a piece of software that will "fix" your problem.

You need to run some anti-spyware software to try to get rid of it.

Try Malwarebytes

Download it, then install it.

Run Update to get the latest version.

Then run a General scan AND a Deep scan to see what it find.

There are other product available if that finds nothing.

Hi All

Thanks for your replies, the message reads

Winpc has detected that somebody is trying to transfer your private data via internet we strongly recommend you to block the attack immediately details of attack

Sounds like u r all right?
Yes it seems "Win PC" is a piece of rogue software that pretends you have problems on your computer so you pay them money to "fix" it.

More here

I would run your anti virus to see if it finds anything.

AND run Malwarebytes.
