Sea The Stars cantered to victory today. Could he be something special?
Another Nijinsky, Mill Reef, Rainbow Quest(didn't win but should have!), or Shergar?

Great Derby winner

Not many horses win the 2000 Guiness and Derby but the way he won suggests he is top class, he`ll win his next two races then be off to stud
He looked like something special on Saturday. I just wish all Derby winners would run against the older horses in the King George at Ascot because that race has lost something with fewer and fewer 3 year old running in it in recent years.

I agree guys that it's a shame that we may not see much more of what appears to be an exceptional racehorse.

Which would be a great pity when you think that, as a 4yo, I could see him tackling not only the King George but also the Arc, and perhaps the Breeders Cup or Japan Cup?

It seems nowadays that they're terrified of either injury and/or their stud prospects being ruined. Such a pity. But, as they say, money talks, he's worth more at stud than prospective earnings on the racecourse, that's the bottom line.
