The CD that came with the phone ( 15 mths old) doesnt work on Vista. Have tried to download the latest device but won't work. Any tips?

u shouldnt always need the disc to run any software .. if you connect the phone to the pc via the lead it may well be the pc recognises the phone as a portable hard drive and you can drag n drop the files from the phone to yr pc ... just a thought ...

save the photos on the memory card instead of the phone memory,then use a card reader

You could also connect via bluetooth.
