i need help with mp3 player

busy charging it at moment and managed to down load sample music which is yuk

i need to know how to down load music from my pc to mp3 in easy steps

form utube or i have music icon on my tool bar
any help would be most gratful
why i say easy steps as it is my first mp3
and a little thick

my u tube only says up load not down load

but didnt put it in
but my pc says connected to mp3
so got that right

not sure about highlighting on pc or mp3
