when I have a shower or flush the toilet my pipes start banging. I don't have air in the pipes or that would show up when I turn the domestic cold water on.
any thoughts guys.
thank you in advance

hi zingo its probably due to water hammer if you are direct feed to the appliances.the power of the incoming water makes the pipes move because they are not clipped enough. try the stop ****, ease it back a little to reduce the pressure of the incoming water as a tap or toilet valve is opened

For stop****, read stop valve - AB is extremely fussy about naughty people entering rude words but the system isn't clever enough to recognise a valid word from a rude one.
