I intend to sell my half of the house to my husband. What will a solicitor actually have to do and how much do you think I will have to pay for their services?
Thanks

Phone your local Land Registry Office and ask for their advice. You may be able to do it by yourself and save a great deal of money.
it depends on what you have to do, i.e, is your husband getting a mortgage to pay you?and dont use a solicitor use a conveyancer, exactly same job as a solicitor but
