Can you please let me know how to fix my Bath rail. It not working after bleeding the radiator. Is there a problem with the valve?

What sequence of events has happened since it was last working?
What (fault) led you to bleed it in the first place?

After winter I decided to turn off the radiator (bath Rail) from the valve. Now that winter is here I tried to turn the valve back on but no luck. The heat came up the pipe at first after bleeding the radiator but then no heat.

What is happening? Is the valve now faulty? or do I need to open the valve?

What is happening? Is the valve now faulty? or do I need to open the valve?

What do I need to do to get the Towel rails working working?
