Just plug in your drive and it should show up in "My Computer" as maybe F drive or similar. You then just drag and drop your files to it as you would do on say, a floppy disk.

Or 'Copy' and 'Paste' if you want to keep the original file on your PC as well as have it on the Flash Drive.
