Hi it is about Alexander Graham Bell, physicist, born in Edinburgh, Scotland, 3 March 1847
If you hover your cursor over the picture it'll always give you some clue to what it's about!
when you see those images on google roll your cursor over it & a little box comes up & tells you what it is & it's clickable to find out more

Thanks Robinia,
It does look like a cartoon character though!!

or is it my eyes??!!!! Lol
Well it don't work for me hmmph ;o) !!!

Is is because I have HTML and popups banned on Google?
haha I can see the similarity now - the phone is clear but I admit I had to stare for a minute to make out a face ...:o)
However, if I click on the picture it opens up a Google Search for Mr Bell, so that's OK then ;o) !

I agree Robinia, I had to stare for a long time!!

I really thought it was a cartoon character!!

It is the yellow bits that are throwing me!!!
oh heck funnygirl, you've got me at - I can't believe I'm saying this but I saved it to my pics & expanded it to have a better look! It looks as though the yellow is the letter O & he's sticking his head through it...he's obviously having a bad hair day too!! :o)
