Hello, I have just bought one of these and was looking forward to printing all my photographs tonight, however for some reason it keeps cutting off the bottom of the photographs - all settings are correct - some photographs print absolutely perfectly, some do not. Also it keeps spitting paper out. Have any of you, had an experiene with this printer?! Before I take it back, I thought I would check, whether there may be something I have not set up correctly.

Thank so much in advance,xx

Are you sure that it's set up for the correct paper size? You haven't mentioned what paper you are using, nor what program you are printing from...

Hello, i've played with it for hours and finally got it to work, thank you, it was probably something like that,xx
I suspect the default paper size setting on your printer is *Letter* (an American size) which is 216mm x 280mm, whereas the UK equivalent is A4, which is 210mm x 297mm.
