I have a Bosch Classixx 100 Express washing machine, approx 2 1/2 years old, and am having problems with the conditioner not going through the machine . I have cleared out all the drains as in the booklet, two on the bottom of the machine at the front, and taken out the dispenser and thoroughly cleaned that out, the conditioner stays in the dispenser ... do I need to find someone to repair it, or should I try pulling out the machine and cleaning something at the back ? Many thanks for any help you can give me.

Try caring for it yourself first of all, because if the guarantee's run out, it'll cost you a lot for repairs. My last machine was a Bosch, and it was great - until it went wrong.
We were told by the engineer to periodically run our machine 'empty' at his highest temperature.
if you look where the water comes from to wash out conditioner (directly above the dispenser) the holes there maybe be clogged up. From time to time I have to use a wire to poke these holes and let the water through.
Pull out the drawer and dismantle as much as posible and rinse under hot water.
Poke out the hole under the "dome" thingy in the dispenser drawer as this gets blocked with gunge.
