how do i use turn the varying degrees of sunlight into varying volumes of sound via solar pannels and amplifier?

It would be easier and certainly much cheaper to use a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR). An amount of light falling upon a LDR's sensor sets the resistor to an ohmage. The ohmage varies with the amount of light. This is similar to the volume control of an amplifier, a variable resistor.
