I have just bought a latex mould on e-bay and am keen to find out how to make it in concrete. Any ideas?

I take it you want to make a 'Cast' from the mould. Is this correct? Ciment fondue is one such cement you can use .Vaseline the inside of the Mould first to help with parting. Get back to me for more details if you wish.
