Builder/roofer in Cotes d'Armor

This is a long shot, but maybe someone who uses this site has also renovated property in Brittany? I am looking for a builder/ roofer who could renovate at a reasonable cost a farm we have bought near Plemet (Loudeac) in the Cotes d'Armor department of Brittany. French or English (I speak fluent French). Just don't want to be ripped off.

Approximately what budget? And roughly how do you see this being expended (eg Roads Drains and Services 10%, Structure 20% Roof 30% Internal Walls 5% Electrics 5% etc)

I went to Noke, but nobody spoke / I went to Thame, it was just the same / Burford, and Brill, were silent and still / I went to Beckley, they spoke directly !

Ah, a sound. I have completed much construction work in France (and Algeria). The question you have asked is somewhat like how long is a piece of string, but if you would give me the simplest idea of size by very approximately giving the information requested I am happy to see whether I can help or not if you would like that.
