Yes I had a Vauxhall Astra that did the same over time. - It's usually grime and dirt and UV and everything but the manufacturers fault - I find a good polish (not our friends from Poland) can do the trick and careful hand washing helps.
this is a common problem with red cars although it dos'nt usually occur this soon. there is no long term cure. many VW's were resprayed under the 6 year paint warranty when Tornado Red cars started turning pink. the main problem is UV light degradation of a pigment used in red paint. At only 2 years old I would pursue this with GM
if you put the car in for a good outside valet,it will come back like new, these boys have some good stuff to make it nice again, but you must do your part in keeping it that way, there are lots of polishes that keep the car in good condition, just washing it now and again does no good,it must be cared for.
Buy some Farecla G3 follow the instructions and use plenty of water it will remove all this and leave it like new (use sparingly) you can buy it on Ebay for 12 ish

then inish with a good quality protectant like Autoglym
