didnt you ask that yesterday?
It's a word that we all should all look up in the dictionary. Off hand I would suggest inflammation of the peth.
With. of course, the inevitable fever.
this is the third time this has been asked, we have all searched for it but to no avail, I think you can assume that it does not exist, or you have spelt it wrong or you are taking the p*ss. If you think it is a real word then please give us the context in which it was used.
I think it was answered on another thread but you have spelled it wrong.

Pregnant women having strange food fads like eating tuna and banana pizzas or something.
Wardy, I saw that answer but apparently that was not enough, hence the reposting. I have googled, looked in dictionary both modern and old but nothing, what more can be done?
Personally, I don't think pregnant women should be allowed to post upon this site: it''s catching isn't it?
It's not in the OED and it's not in Blacks medical dictionary ..Wiki has never heard of it .I have a stack of dictionaries and it's not in any of them including the most up to date one .The only thing I can come up with is Plethoria which gives the adjective Plethoric meaning excessive in quantity ..could be something to do with binge eating ?
As Shaneystar2 has said 'plethora' means 'excess of something', and 'orexia' relates to appetite ( as in 'an-orexia', the 'an' bit meaning 'without').

So it could be concluded that the word means an excessive appetite or binge-eating, I suspect this word has been derived to be a kinder description of people who suffer from binge-eating (a recognised eating disorder these days).
Someone 'having you on' , Anarchist.
Pethorexia is a neologism (which are common
in Schizophrenia) coined, possibly, as a euphemism
for bulimia - or 'bulkimia' as I once heard it described.

Whoever invented it is a proctohaemalgia = pain
in the bloody a*se.
