Leaky fridge

We can't seem to get the right temparature in our fridge. the wall at the back is either a bit frosty looking or looks condensated and then drips on to the bottom (grr). Anyone suggestions gratefully received!

Difficult one this. In my experience, you must remember to close the door of the fridge in order for it to work properly. Hope this helps.
Sounds like it needs a new thermostat. If it's under warranty then the manufacturer should replace it for you. If it's an old fridge then the cost of replacement varies. Ask an electrician who deals with white goods (Yellow Pages) to have a look for you.
