I desperately need to get through to Orange Customer Services as my son had his contracted mobile stole last night-been trying to get through since the phone line opened at 8am tried website but no joy there either.does anyone know another number other then 07973100150 or a way of bypassing the queing system??

Try pressing *0*0*0*0*0*0 it works on vodafone when you are in the first automated menu.
I think it confuses the computer and puts you straight through to an operater.
when prompted to put in your phone number type random numbers three times and it should put you through to an employee or try 0800 0790438 this is a freephone number for customer services.

Cheers for the answers none of them worked but I finally got through at 17.30 I started ringing at 8.00!!! I feel a complaint coming on seeing as how the person who stole the phone was texting South Africa!
i find, if you're trying to get through to an operator at a mobile network, use the 'i'm thinking of leaving the network' option.

you'll be surprised how quickly they answer your call!
