sending parcels abroad

I send parcels overseas quite regularly and have been generally using Parcelforce. I have found their service to be unreliable at times. Does anyone know of an alternative company that don't charge the earth and are reliable? Thank You in advance.

Try www.parcel2go.com Only used them once but very good and loads cheaper than parcel force
