My son has a freeview box in his room and its got a great pictur reception but no sound, anybody no why this might be. I believe he has plugged in all the cables

I'm with Zacsmaster, only don't wiggle it, ensure it is properly home in the socket.

we've tried this having plugged it an and out several times, checkied the remote etc. Guess its cream crackered then
