My Mrs works @ dept of work and pensions and she says your question does not make much sense.
Can you give a bit more detail and I'll ask her again?

Do you want to appeal against a decision?
I've discovered what the "sun shine law" refers to. It's a term used in America for laws that give the public the right to attend government meetings. It's meant to let the light in on the process hence "sunshine."

Select Committees scrutinise Government , its policy proposals and conduct in-depth inquiries on topical issues. There is a site giving dates of Committee Meetings open to the public here, http://www.parliament.uk/what_s_on/hoc_news3.c fm

social security disability seem to be a close loop system they make you take odd test some seem sadistic and dehumanising.its like a prisoner and guard realation where the guard has absolute power. it seems absolute power corrupts absolutely. so i was looking for a over site board
Are you in the UK by the way? I ask because of the use of "Sunshine Law" and "oversight"
