Bleach doesn't work, besides most T-shirt manufactures don't recommend chorine bleach.

nezone1, there is something call blue that's use to help white clothes become whiter when washed. what i do is soak my whites in a little blue, clorax and washing detergent. i like soaking them the night before. don't use too much clorax because it can make holes in the clothing or it weakens the fabric. next day just dump the whole lot in the washer and wash as you usually will. comes out great every time.

depends on the fabric quality, i sometimes omit the clorax. blue is a great help for keeping white clothing white. good luck!

Soak them in Ecover laundry bleach powder or white vinegar and cold water or cold water with a cupful of washing soda. Always wash whites separately .Hang them to dry in bright sunlight ...this has a whitening effect .
Ordinary household bleach will rot the fibres.
P.S. I would love to know where you get the "blue" from lia*
We used to get Reckitts Blue years ago but you can't get it now.
