What the hell is it and is it bad and should i seek medical help? It is about the size of a kidney bean, sore to the touch and started small but got alot larger since then. It has small flakes of skin pealing off. It's about where my jawbone meets my bottom right ear lobe!

could be a cyst. i would get it looked at if it were me
