Is it possible to have Sky TV and a digi box connected to my television both available without disconnecting one and reconnecting another?

Yes. If you connect them via the SCART AV sockets. If you have more than one AV in then no problem at all. If you have only one SCART socket, you can connect them via a SCART switcher like this:

I might be wrong but if you have Sky then there is no point in having a digibox as all the free channels are already on Sky.

Gef I may be wrong but I think that some programmes such as QVC are not on SKT freesat. It also means that valjoan can record one digital channel whist watching anothe.

If QVC is one of the programmes you want valjoan then why not watch it on you computer.

In that case he may as well have sky+

Thanks for the advice the multiscart adapter seems a good idea as one can record and watch another program at the same time. I have often wondered how this can be done. Valjoan is a she by the way.
