what is the best way to clean a pair of dunlop green flash trainers?

Remove the laces, put them in a pillow case, tie the end up and put them on a warm wash (not hot - it melts the glue in the shoe) in the washing machine. You can either wash the laces or just buy some new ones and your Flash will be as good as new!

btw - put the shoes in the pillow case - NOT the laces - which my bad grammar implies!

Hi Jellytot, If they are white trainers. Using nail polish remover is quite handy, though wouldnt recommend soaking them in them.
