If you tried to be less self-absorbed you might find you can be happier.
Constantly focusing and worrying about every little minor detail of your life causes you to become discontented with yourself and unsure of your place in the world.
Try to focus on others for a change - look at how you might help other people, instead of constantly expecting other people to help you.
If you can do that, you might find that you like yourself a bit better.
