Can a company im on the books with tupe me to a company of sub contractors? The contract is ongoing until next year so therea no takeover.its as if they are trying to hound us out so they can subbie all the work out.

What do you mean by "on the books with"? Are you an employee or a contractor? If you're a contractor then they can just release you so no need to hound you out

Thanks. I'm not sure why you feel they can;t TUPE you. It's not uncommon for TUPE transfers to occur. I think TUPE transfers are sometimes done as a way of avoiding redundancies
