I play basketball. I sweat when I am playing, my body is hot but my hands are freezing cold. However i've have noticed that during half time my hands start to warm up. By the end of the game, my hands are freezing again. My feet use to be cold but that has not happened for a few years.

I think it is something to do with adreneline causing the blood to be diverted to the essential organs, muscles etc. to give greater oxygen supply for optimum performance when in fight/flee mode. It can also cause you to lose control of you bowels and bladder! When you relax it all returns to normal.
