Am I Fretting Unnecessarily

I had a chap to look at my boiler last Wednesday he seemed reliable and trustworthy
He spent almost an hour diagnosing the. Problem then said he would come back today - he could specify a time
I text him first thing to say where I would leave the key (keypad safe) and the access number. So far today 2.18 - nothing not a text or anything
He seemed keen enough and it's an inside job in a clean empty flat
The job itself is replacing a leaking pipe at the top of the boiler that feeds water to the boiler.
