Contacting Facebook Re Blocked Account.

I set up a Facebook profile so as to be able to manage page admins for a place that I work. However, I keep getting asked to verify the account, first I had to provide a mobile number, then I had to identify friends, and now I've been blocked for 30 days.
I have never sent a friend request, only accepted them and I only respond to messages and rarely initiate them. How can I contact Facebook to ask them to lift the block as it will be detrimental to my efforts in providing information on the page that I am admin for.
