I currently Windows XP on my home p.c. and after operating for say 30 minutes, when I come to to open a programme on e.g. My Computer, after single clicking on my mouse (which I have previously set it for) I now find that any programme will not open right away.
Instead a "nag" of flag appears and I have to then click onto this nag flag then the programme opens.
Any ideas/suggestions would be gratefully received...
