You would have to specify what 'major' was . I would assume that you would need to state a number on the Richter scale and ask for odds on say a magnitute 8 or greater. There are 100s minor earthquakes every day.
How would you define 'horror' as well ? I don't think you can bet on 'Acts of God' in any case.
