buy a external hard drive. plug into usb socket
look up backup and restore in (win7) control panel and follow it from there

You could use USB sticks. These come in sizes 4 to 64GB. There are also 128GB but I am not sure if they are available in the UK. They are available from Amazon.

what do you mean by "all contents" ? and what do you mean by a "security copy"

do you mean you want an encrypted copy or just a plain back up copy

does all contents mean the operating system and all the installed programs as well as any files of your own ?
