Got 2 apple computers using apple mail for e-mails and want mail to come onto both.
If I use 'recent' in my mail address a copy of all my mail 'sent' also comes back to me, when I only want new incoming mail to be delivered.

I have setting to leave on server !

Any help......thanks

If your email provider supports IMAP then that's by far the best option for email on multiple computers as opposed to POP3.
I think you'll have to look at your client settings to see what they request when they download.

At the moment they must both be download/confirm receipt/delete at the server. You'd need to set it so they don't do that final delete, in affect copying to the PCs rather than moving to the PCs.

If you always access from one first, then the second could always continue to delete. But if it is random which PC accesses the e-mail first then once you've set it all up you may need to go to the server site and delete old e-mails explicitly.
