no mains power light showing on keypad accenta alarm?

any suggestions to problem please, had power cut, now no mains power light showing on keypad on accenta 8 alarm? strobe working ok, also bell sounder, the bottom row of keys are also not illuminated, only the digits?
please can anybody shed some light?

might have blown a fuse ive got a veritis 8 and it has 3or 4 fuses in the control box not sure about the bottom line of keys though. Are you sure that it is still getting power from the mains

hi and thanks for reply, power showing to main box, checked all 4 fuses and ok, thought alarm would have sounded when i took the front cover off, it activates the tamper switch, but on this occasion it did not?
Have you checked the fuses with a tester or just visual Sounds like it could be knacked, is there a code to factory reset if so you will probable have to reset all the zones once done. Strange how it went faulty after the power cut though.
