Hi clever people. I bought my husband a telescope but although it claims to be for terrestrial use as well as sky-watching, the image is upside down. Is there anything we can do to correct this - apart from stand on our heads?!

Ah, an Australian model.
Buy another one and put it on the end of the first one?
if you read this it explains why your image is upside down and further down explains about an eyepiece that will adjust it

That's so helpful - thank you!
No problem- I was happy to help
If your telescope came with replaceable eyepieces you may well find that one of them is an image inverting eyepiece.
If you are looking at the moon or planets, does it matter thats it upside down?
Who's going to fall off?
