Quite often I get text messages from _@ or 4@ (the 4 actually being a triangle.) There is no accompanying message and my phone dose not make any 'incoming' noise. I never reply to them. I cannot find anything by googling and customer services at Orange could not give me an answer either. Anyone out there any idea?
prev Fault code E6 would anyone know what this means please.?..................

What phone? I get similar messages when someone has left me a voicemail message. I'm on Orange too.

Forgot to say, I get the triangle@ one when I've deleted a voicemail.

HTC Wildfire. My husband has the same phone and with Orange and the same funny texts!

They are definitely notification texts from the Orange "system". Usually voicemail, but can also be for service messages. Check your voicemail!
